the room included a tea maker and a coffee machine it was useful the staff was friendly and cute i found this very nice. the hotel had all the amenities i needed i found my room clean. the staff was amazing it was helpful.
my room was uncomfortably warm i could not control the thermostat this was concerning. the room had no refrigerator it was a major inconvenience for me. i also requested extra pillows i was told none were available after asking twice.

the staff were always helpful and exceedingly kind. we were able to check in early, and the breakfast was very good. the room was clean. i will stay there again.
i found the building somewhat worn. there were scratches on the walls. the amenities were pretty basic. it could use some tlc.

emmanuel at the front desk was very kind. she helped me find a king room quickly. this room had opening windows and a courtyard view. i found this king room surprisingly large for what you usually get. the hotel staff were all friendly, a plus.
the hotel gave me a double room first. i booked a king room. the double room felt small.

Two receptionists greeted me upon my arrival. They were very friendly. the room had a clean, modern design. the hotel matched its online pictures perfectly. everything went smoothly because of the staff's professional attitude.
my room lacked tea or coffee making facilities, that was slightly dissapointing.

the location was good near several metro stations , made getting around easier
i stayed there in september 2024 and faced a few issues a very warm room had no way to adjust the thermostat this was a concern because i traveled with my baby the only option was to open the window but that let in too much noise also the front desk staff was unhelpful
